Anatomy of a Reformer

Gentle on Joints.
Powerful for Results.

The Pilates Reformer was originally developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s to help people rebuild strength, improve mobility, and move with greater ease. More than a century later, it remains one of the most effective and versatile pieces of fitness equipment ever created.

Using adjustable spring resistance instead of heavy weights or impact, the Reformer helps strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build balanced strength throughout the entire body.

Whether you’re brand new to exercise, recovering from an injury, staying active as you age, or looking to challenge your fitness routine, every movement can be customized to meet you exactly where you are.
