About Us
Our Vision is to be the premier health and wellness studio in Fernandina Beach. We provide innovative, collaborative programming centered on the whole-health and well-being of our community.
OUR METHOD
At Ascendance - Pilates, Yoga, & Barre, our approach is what makes us the best Pilates
Studio on Amelia Island. Our professionally trained instructors have over 20 years of
combined experience and our equipment is brand new and up to the safest industry standards. We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a
method that is efficient and effective. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to this or are just ready
to take it to the next level. At Ascendance - Pilates, Yoga, & Barre, we will help you get where
you want to go.

*Please note this is required to take group classes if you have no prior equipment experience!

Our Unlimited memberships are a great savings for those who plan on taking 3 or more group classes per week.

“This studio is amazing!! There is a class for everyone. Some of my favorite classes are Barre, Athletic Reformer and Tower. I have several old injuries, and the instructors are wonderful at working around them while still giving me a full body workout. An added touch is the infused water at the front desk and a lavender cooling towel after each class. This studio makes it FUN to workout!"
